This e-mail is a confirmation of participation in the upcoming Conference, based on our review of your application. We would like to remind you that participation in the Conference is free of charge. However, travel, accommodation costs, and visa arrangements are the sole responsibility of the participants.
Please be advised that registration remains open until 18 April 2025. We will continue to review incoming applications on a regular basis, and confirmations will be sent to eligible registrants.
