The suspect is believed to have jumped off a roof and fled into a neighborhood after firing one shot and has not been identified, authorities said Thursday.  Read more. (AP Photo/George Walker IV) Immigrant detainees begin arriving at former prison in rural Tennessee town Immigrant detainees have started arriving at a former Tennessee prison that's been turned into a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center, the facility's operator said. The arrivals come after city officials approved agreements with ICE and CoreCivic, despite loud objections from upset residents and activists during a contentious public meeting. Read more.
