Today, the suspect in Charlie Kirk's killing is charged, Rivian builds a new U.S. plant as electric vehicle tax credits are set to roll back soon, and remembering Robert Redford. (AP Photo/Alex Goodlett) Suspect in Charlie Kirk killing charged with aggravated murder and weapon and obstruction offenses Tyler Robinson, the man accused of assassinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk at a Utah university, was charged on Tuesday with aggravated murder. The charge means Robinson could face the death penalty if convicted of killing Kirk. Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray said Robinson's DNA was found on the trigger of the gun used to kill Kirk.
