Nepal's prime minister resigns after protests against a ban on social media platforms and government corruption left at least 19 dead

Prime Minister Khadga Prasad Oli said he was stepping down immediately. Earlier, protesters set fire to homes of some of the country's top political leaders in opposition to the social media ban that was lifted early Tuesday.
