The side event entitled "Breaking Biases, Building Equality" seeks to address the challenges of guaranteeing access to justice for all women and girls by eliminating discriminatory laws and practices, and to address and transform the deep-rooted social and cultural norms that limit women's rights and economic autonomy, within the framework of CSW70.
