This a FREE community event, so all can attend. SO MUCH FUN!! Just show up! Bring your bathing suits as there is a dunk tank and water slide. All food/refreshments from area restaurants and hot dogs and hamburgers from the Norfolk Lions are included ...plus desserts, snacks and beverages. ALL FREE!
