Dear friends, Thank you for your support of my work in recovery over the years. I’m reaching out to share a project that is very close to my heart. After years of development, we now have a solid board for Rock Bottom: A Musical. This is a 501 C.3. Non-Profit, a musical about two people navigating the chaotic intersection of addiction, love, and recovery. While it tackles a heavy subject, it’s ultimately a story built on hope, resilience, and laughter—designed to raise awareness and support families affected by substance abuse and mental health. What makes this project truly special is the incredible lineup of Woody Giessmann (The Del Fuegos), Simon Kirke (Bad Company), and renowned comedian Tony V. wrote the script and brought together their friends to record a soundtrack featuring legendary artists—many of whom are in long-term recovery themselves, including: · Darryl “DMC” McDaniels (Run-DMC) · Tom Hamilton (Aerosmith) · Derek Trucks (Tedeschi Trucks Band, The Allman Brothers) · Barry Goudreau (Boston) · G.E. Smith (SNL Band, Hall & Oates) · ...along with Josh Kantor (Red Sox organist), David Minehan (The Replacements), Stu Kimball (Bob Dylan) and many more.
